Aikaterini Malamou

Aikaterini is a Director in the International and Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.

A tax professional since 2019, Aikaterini has experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, with a focus on investment funds, private equity, private debt, and multinational corporations. Her expertise includes providing guidance on a wide range of tax matters, such as cross-border operations, the setup of investment structures, reorganisations, and exit planning.

Aikaterini holds a B.A. in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Master’s degree in Public Law and Political Science (with a major in tax) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and a further Master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from the University of Maastricht. She also holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax.

Aikaterini speaks English and Greek.
