Vincent Ferreira

Vincent is a Director in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.

A tax professional since 2016, Vincent has experience in both Luxembourg and international tax advisory, with a focus on alternative investments (e.g. private equity, private debt and real estate). He advises a wide range of international clients on the direct tax aspects of cross-border operations including set-up of investment structures, cash repatriation, mergers & acquisitions and exit planning.

Vincent holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, a Master's degree in French Business and Tax Law from the University of Rouen and a further Master's degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University Paris-Saclay. He also holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax.

Vincent speaks French and English.
