Steve Idrissou

Steve is a Principal in the International and Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.

A tax professional since 2012, Steve has experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, focusing on the private equity, real estate, infrastructure sectors and multinational corporations. He advises a wide range of international investors on all direct tax matters, including deal structuring, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and exit planning.

Steve is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg (“Expert-Comptable”) and holds a certificate of complementary courses in Luxembourg law (“CCDL”). He holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax, a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Paris XII and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.

He speaks French and English.
