Francesco Santoro
Director - International & Corporate Tax
Francesco is a Director in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2017, Francesco has experience in advising a wide range of international clients inter alia operating in the real estate, private equity and private debt sectors. He focuses his practice on Luxembourg corporate tax matters notably in the context of corporate restructuring, holding and investment fund structure. His areas of expertise notably consist of assistance in the structuring of transactions over the lifetime cycle of the investments such as implementation advice, ongoing advice, cash repatriation and exit planning.
Before joining ATOZ in 2022, Francesco worked as a tax advisor for one of the Big Four in Luxembourg.
Francesco holds a Master degree in law from the University of Liège as well as a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax.
Francesco speaks French and English.
