On 24 February 2023, the draft law (“Draft Law”) implementing the so-called “public country-by-country reporting Directive”2 1(the “public CbCR Directive” or “the Directive”) was presented to Parliament. The Draft Law amends the law of 19 December 2002 concerning the register of commerce and companies and the accounting and annual accounts of undertakings as well as the Law of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies.
