On 14 May 2024, the Council of the EU reached a general agreement on the Faster and Safer Relief of Excess Withholding Taxes Directive (FASTER). This Directive aims to implement safer and more efficient procedures for obtaining double taxation relief.
After providing an overview of the FASTER Directive's content, professional experts will discuss the main opportunities and challenges that FASTER represents for investors and certified financial intermediaries.
