BAI, an association representative of the alternative investment industry in Germany, is hosting their annual Alternative Investor Conference, offering a varied, interesting programme over two days, 24 to 25 April 2023, in Frankfurt.
This event highlights alternative investments, which are playing an increasingly important role in the portfolios of institutional investors due to their positive characteristics in terms of risk mitigation and the possibility of achieving higher returns. The interest of German investors has been growing for years, so that many institutional investors are now investing more and more in alternative investments.
Our Tax Partner, Andreas Medler, will be co-hosting a break-out session on 25 April, alongside Dr. Bela Jansen of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, taking the opportunity to speak on tax developments for Alternative Investment Funds in Germany and Luxembourg, complete with practical case studies.
